Inside a dark, cold prison cell with damp brick walls and rusted bars. Two extremely skinny nude women are chained side by side facing forward against the rough wall, bony arms painfully stretched high above their heads by heavy iron shackles, tight iron collars around their necks chained short to the wall. Both women have thick white cloth gags stuffed deep in their mouths and tied tightly behind their heads, forcing their cheeks to bulge and completely muffling their screams into pathetic, wet whimpers. Tears pour non-stop down their faces, mixing with snot and drool that seeps around the soaked gags. Left, a very thin East Asian woman, delicate features, tiny almost flat breasts, long black hair plastered wet to her face and shoulders. Her eyes are wide with terror, body shaking violently as she tries to scream through the gag, only muffled desperate sobs coming out. Right, an equally emaciated Black woman with very dark skin, short curly hair soaked, tiny breasts and visible ribs. Tears stream down her cheeks as she stares straight at the viewer in pure despair, muffled crying and choking sounds escaping the white cloth forced between her teeth. Two uniformed prison guards stand in front of them laughing cruelly, repeatedly throwing buckets of ice-cold water over the chained women. Water splashes hard against their naked bodies, running down their trembling skin and pooling on the floor. The women jerk and shiver with every freezing splash, crying even harder through their soaked white gags. Dim flickering fluorescent light, harsh shadows, freezing and oppressive atmosphere.
