It’s Halloween night, and a thick autumn fog hangs over an old, abandoned cemetery. Amid the crooked, moss-covered 19th-century headstones, entwined with dry ivy and cobwebs, a man walks slowly, unsteadily, with an almost mechanical gait, straight toward the camera—Jack the Pumpkinhead, a gaunt, tall, angular figure, reminiscent of a scarecrow come to life. He is clad in tattered, faded rags of peasant clothing. His hands are thin and bony, almost like dry branches, with unnaturally long fingers. In place of his head is a large, carved pumpkin lantern glowing from within with a warm, flickering orange flame. The moonlight is silvery and cold, cutting through the fog and casting long shadows from the gravestones. In the distance, a few scattered candles flicker, and the faint glow of bonfires can be seen. Cinematic style, shallow depth of field, three-dimensional fog, dramatic high-contrast lighting, realistic textures of the fabric and pumpkin, slow pace, silent.
