Acceptable Use Policy (Content Policy)

Introducción

  • Infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, moral rights, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Misappropriates the likeness or identity of real persons, including celebrities, politicians, or private individuals, without lawful authority or documented consent.
  • Promotes terrorism, hate, discrimination, harassment, or abuse based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected status.
  • Contains viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or compromise the integrity of computer systems or data.

Prohibited Conduct

In addition to content restrictions, Users of the Service provided by Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD shall not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in furtherance of unlawful activities.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the underlying code or infrastructure of the Service.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security, authentication, or access control measures implemented by Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD.
  • Engage in harassment, threats, or abuse of other Users or Company personnel.
  • Exploit the Service for commercial gain without the prior written consent of Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD.

Intellectual Property Protection and DMCA Compliance

Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Users to do the same.

A DMCA-compliant notice must include:

  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and sufficient information to locate it.
  • The complaining party’s full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
  • The electronic or physical signature of the complaining party or their authorized agent.

Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD maintains a repeat infringer policy and reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of Users who are found to repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

Enforcement Measures

Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any or all of the following measures against Users who violate this Policy:

Immediate removal or disabling of access to offending content.

Temporary suspension or permanent termination of User accounts.

Reporting of unlawful conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Pursuit of legal remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief and monetary damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:

  • Your violation of this Acceptable Use Policy;
  • Your User Content;
  • Your use or misuse of the Service; or
  • Your violation of the rights of any third party.

 

Policy Updates

Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD reserves the right to amend or update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time in order to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. Any material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email notification where required by law. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
